early morning 8am wake up hit gym..

really wtf??early morning so many ppl went gym dy
go there not exercise
but sit there gossip
really bullshit..
i focus on my routine.
after hit gym, went for 'hua ren dang' for breakfast
this is my protein.
2 half boiled eggs and 2 pieces of butter kaya
with this gal do my vigorous routine just now
challenge me the lower abs push up lol
